We are seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to join our team and provide comprehensive HR support within our matrixed organization. As a key partner to our business leaders, you will play a critical role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while ensuring a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment. While this role allows for hybrid flexibility, on-site presence is necessary due to the critical nature of the role.
Responsibilities:
-Partner with leadership to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with business goals.
-Support the full HR lifecycle for assigned teams, including performance management, compensation, talent development, and employee relations.
-Advise leadership on talent management strategies, including workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
-Culture Steward for driving a culture of Diversity and Inclusion.
-Develop and deliver HR programs and training to support employee engagement, retention, and development.
-Stay up to date on employment law and regulations and ensure compliance within the assigned teams.
-Act as a trusted advisor to employees, providing best in class guidance and support on HR-related issues.
-Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
-Collaborate effectively with internal HR partners, including Talent Acquisition, Benefits, and HR Operations.
-5+ years of HR experience in roles of progressively increasing scope.
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience is required.
-Strong understanding of HR principles and practices across the entire employment lifecycle.
-Proven ability to partner with business leaders to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
-Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems

-SHRM-CP, PHR or similar certification preferred.
-Experience working in a matrixed organization.
-Expertise in coaching leaders at all levels.
