Your Opportunity:
The Hospitality Scheduling Specialist will have the primary responsibility of planning and facilitating logistics for all off-site corporate meetings, events, and tradeshows. This position oversees the branded retail merchandise onsite and online.
What you'll be doing:
Plan and facilitate logistics for all off-site corporate meetings and events (i.e., sales/rep meetings, rep advisory board) including venue selection, contract negotiations, guest lists, on-site preparations, catering, entertainment, transportation, equipment, decor, and marketing materials.
Travel to support off-site corporate events as needed.
Assist internal business units/partners with tradeshow (i.e., AHR Expo) preparations including securing hotel room block reservations and coordinating hospitality events.
Provide a high level of professional customer service to create best in industry customer experience.
Assist with scheduled training activities, including off-hour functions as needed.
Develop rep communications for trainings, seminars, and other events.
Work with CRM Systems Administrator to ensure leads generated from customer visits, trainings, and events are loaded and assigned in CRM.
Responsible for all aspects of the company store including processing and filling orders for external and internal customers, maintaining inventory of merchandise and replenishing as necessary.
Work with vendors and customers (internal and external) on special merchandise orders while maintaining brand integrity.
Provide support for the Hospitality team's duties which may include the company store, food service, and set-up and clean-up of events.
Drive the shuttle vans as needed.
Serveas primary point of contact for food service for customer visits, education center events, and social events.
What you should have:
Work requires a professional level of knowledge in a specialized field, which is equivalent to that which would be acquired by completing a regular two or four-year college program in Hospitality Management or Communication.
5-10 years of relevant work experience
Individual must have a welcoming, approachable personality with a mindset towards customer service.
Must have valid driver's license with safe driving record.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Must have the ability to represent Greenheck in a professional manner.
Ability to operate independently with a high level of initiative, decision making, and problem solving.
Must have experience in event planning and coordination.

Occasionally work a varied daily schedule that may include evenings and weekends.
