Stephen Bauer serves as the Director for Strategic Initiatives at the national office of Public Allies. In this role, he oversees national recruitment, site expansion, the National Leadership Institute, and other special projects that support the Public Allies Mission of advancing new leadership to strengthen communities, nonprofits, and civic participation.
